Free Returns Policy

Eligibility for Free Returns

  • All unused, unworn, and undamaged Takomo Golf products can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Customized products (e.g., custom-length shafts, engraved clubs) are eligible for returns only if they have manufacturing defects. Returns for non-defective customized products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Used or damaged products (due to misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear) are not eligible for free returns and will be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@takomogolf.vip to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. Package the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and attach the label.
  3. Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

  • Returns received after 30 days of delivery will be accepted at our discretion and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs for expedited orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order error on our part.
  • Gift cards and digital products (e.g., online fitting guides) are non-refundable.
